Is there a minimum booking?
Short jobs have a minimum charge that covers travel and crew time. We tell you the figure upfront so there are no surprises on the day.
Can you pick up furniture I bought online?
Yes. Give us the seller's address, the pickup window and a photo of the item, and we will confirm the price and timing.
Do you take away the old item at the same time?
We can. Removing the sofa or mattress you are replacing is a common add-on to a small move.
