Information we collect

When you request an estimate we collect the details you choose to send: your name, phone number or email address, the pickup and drop-off addresses, your preferred timing, a description of the job and any photos you attach.

We do not ask for payment card details through this website.

How we use it

Your information is used to prepare an estimate, schedule the work, contact you about the booking and follow up afterwards if needed. We do not sell it.

Sharing

Details are shared only with the crew assigned to your job and, where a building requires it, with the property management contact you provide. We may share information where the law requires it.

Advertising measurement

We advertise on Google. This website uses Google Ads conversion tracking (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) to measure how many people who click one of our ads go on to send an estimate request. Google receives your device and browser information, IP address, the pages you visit on this site and cookie identifiers, and uses them for measurement and to optimize our advertising. We do not send your name, phone number, email address, addresses or photos to Google.

Advertising measurement is not used for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Quebec, or where we cannot determine the visitor's region: no advertising cookies are set and no measurement data is sent for those visits.

Elsewhere you can opt out of personalized Google advertising at Google My Ad Center (myadcenter.google.com), and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Retention and your choices

We keep estimate and booking records for as long as needed for business and legal purposes. You can ask us to correct or delete the information we hold by emailing info@acemovers.ca.
