Terms of Service
Service details, availability and pricing are confirmed as part of each Acemovers estimate and booking.
Estimates
Estimates are based on the information and photos you provide. If the job on arrival differs significantly — more items, extra stairs, restricted access — we will discuss the revised price with you before continuing.
Bookings and scheduling
A booking is confirmed once we agree the date, arrival window and price. Traffic, weather, building elevator delays and earlier jobs can shift arrival times; we keep you informed when that happens.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, let us know as early as possible so the slot can be reallocated.
Items we cannot transport or remove
We cannot take hazardous materials including paint, solvents, fuels, propane, chemicals, asbestos or biohazardous waste. Firearms, illegal items and perishables are also excluded. Specialty items such as pianos and large safes are assessed case by case.
Liability and insurance
Acemovers is insured and we take care with every item. Please tell us in advance about fragile, valuable or pre-damaged pieces, and report any concern about the work promptly so we can address it.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the job unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Accepted payment methods are confirmed when you book.
