Appliances are dense, hard to grip and easy to drag across a floor. We bring appliance dollies, straps and floor protection so a fridge can come out of a galley kitchen or up from a basement laundry room without damage.
Appliances must go to facilities equipped to handle them, particularly units containing refrigerants. We take them to appropriate drop-off points rather than leaving them at the curb.

Replacing an appliance
Retail delivery teams often will not take the old unit, or charge extra to do so. Book us around the delivery slot and the old appliance is gone before the new one arrives.

Do you disconnect appliances?
We can handle simple unplugging and basic hose disconnection. Gas appliances and hard-wired units should be disconnected by a licensed technician before we arrive.
Will you take a fridge that still works?
Yes. Working units are routed to a suitable drop-off point wherever possible.
Can you get an appliance up from the basement?
Yes. Stair carries are part of the job and are factored into the estimate.
