The easiest way to book a removal
If the items are already at the curb, garage door, driveway or building bin area, we can collect them without anyone being present. You send a photo, we confirm the price and the pickup window, and the items are gone.
This suits landlords, busy households, people managing a property remotely and anyone whose building bulk-collection day does not line up with their schedule.

How do I pay if I am not there?
We arrange payment remotely once the price is confirmed from your photos and the pickup is complete.
What if it rains?
We still collect. Cover anything that could make a mess if it gets soaked, or ask us about an indoor pickup instead.
Can you collect from an apartment bin area?
Only where building management permits it. Check first and let us know the access details.
