How is a cleanout quoted?
From photos or a walkthrough of the property. We quote the full job rather than guessing per item, and confirm before starting.
Do you clean after clearing?
We sweep out the cleared areas so the space is presentable. Deep cleaning is a separate trade and we can tell you what is typically still needed.
